We are KineticDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Business Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
