We are CorePath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Business Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
