We are RedShiftAI, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Brand Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
