We are VaultCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Backend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
