We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior Analytics Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
